    Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner

    Angela was born and raised in the wild west state of Arizona and graduated from Arizona State University with a BS degree in Criminal Justice. She received her RN from Gateway Community college and her graduate nursing degree from Gonzaga University. Angela worked as a psychiatric nurse in multiple settings with experience in substance treatment and detox, co-occurring disorders, gender care, trauma/PTSD, inpatient treatment, crisis care, community outreach and community mental health. As a Nurse Practitioner Angela has practiced in outpatient mental health and residential mental health care. She has long been a mentor to nurses and a preceptor to nurse practitioner students. Angela dedicates her career to the service of providing unconditional positive regard and empathetic care.

  • Damian Oliver

    Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner

    Damian was born and raised in Pennsylvania and graduated from Penn State University with a BS degree in Criminal Justice. He spent 8 years Active-Duty with the United States Army and has lived all across the United States, Europe and various other locations abroad. After leaving the Army, Damian went back to school receiving a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs and his graduate nursing degree from Vanderbilt University. Damian worked as a psychiatric nurse with experience in corrections, outpatient mental health and outreach services. As a Nurse Practitioner, Damian has practiced in outpatient mental health, residential mental health and as part of a community mental health outreach team.

  • Shelley Kelly

    Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner

    Shelley was born in southern California and raised in Las Vegas. She graduated from UNLV with a BA degree in Multidisciplinary/Interdisciplinary Studies with focuses in Nursing and Psychology. She received her RN from the College of Southern Nevada and her graduate nursing degree from Gonzaga University. Shelley worked as a psychiatric nurse in a residential facility for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. She was also a travel nurse during the COVID-19 pandemic serving as an educator and clinic lead working with community outreach as well as outpatient treatment. Currently, she is a volunteer EMT as well as a member of Search & Rescue. Shelley believes in helping all people maintain their healthcare autonomy as well as reaching their mental health goals.
